I made a bunch of faces from the box head mould. Once flattened and shaped they took on a life of their own. I broke of few getting too enthusiastic with the Dremel, sanding back to make the eyes fit. The hair however felt like a triumph and a new fun material, I love crepe paper and my plan was to complete the full costume in paper. I like the hair, it’s not as malleable as foam but for the length, the rigidity and thickness worked well. As it’s the exact green I could see in my head so thats nice for it to land in reality that way.
